I have used 9th Island plumbing twice and both time my service tech Ryan has been amazing! First time he came to help me replace a pressure regulating valve in my garage that started leaking and today 4/16 he came to help me do a tankless water heater flush. I really enjoy chatting with Ryan and he does a great job educating me on all aspects of plumbing. He is extremely professional and courteous and I look forward to working with him on future plumbing projects!

Tobee and Fiyah were both quick and professional. They replaced a toilet, and took away the old one and rubbish. Both young local boys did were friendly and respectful, and pricing reasonable. I would use them again if I needed a plumber. Aloha!

Ryan arrived on time as scheduled and greeted me on sight. He assessed the of re plumbing my kitchen.sink and gave an upfront price which I agreed to and proceeded to do the repair. Upon completion he discovered the drain was still clogged so he told me it would be additional to unclog the line. After he was through snaking the pipe the issues was resolved.
