A leak under my bathroom sink prompted this call, and 9th Island promptly handled the matter. Ryan was punctual and extremely helpful in explaining what was happening. Afterwards, he checked all my other angle stops so I could schedule getting replacements and not have any more surprise leaks. Company communication was great; lots of messages and texts keeping me current on the status of my call.

When I arrived home from work at 5:30 pm I discovered my sewer cleanout in the front landscape planter overflowing with sewage. I called 9th Island and they sent a technician out right away. By 7:15 pm all clogs were clear and mess cleaned up. Great job by 9th Island!
